I made a mistake, can I change my order?

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, you can cancel your order. You can cancel your order until you have received a shipping confirmation.

I didn't receive a tracking/order confirmation email.

Please send us an email to support@goldenbumblebee.de and we will take care of your request.

I returned my order, when can I expect a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 10 working days to your original payment method.

I lost my invoice, what should I do?

Please send us an email to support@goldenbumblebee.de and we will send you a new one.

DELIVERY

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address. You can change your delivery address until you have received a shipping confirmation. You can simply send us your change requests by email to support@goldenbumblebee.de .

Which countries does GBB deliver to?

We currently deliver within the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Germany Standard shipping: 5,49 €
Free shipping: Orders over 300 €.
EU standard shipping: 14,49 €
Free shipping: From 300 € order value.
Delivery time: 3-5 days

Which courier services does GBB use?

We always ship as an insured package via our shipping service provider DHL.

When can I expect my delivery?

You will receive your delivery within 2-5 working days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number from us. You can use this to easily track your order.

EXCHANGE

I would like to exchange my item, how can I do that?

You can exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. You can either get your money back or choose something new. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged.

RETURN

What if I received a faulty/wrong item?

Please send us an email to support@goldenbumblebee.de and we will take care of your request.

How can I make a return?

To return your items, first send us an email to support@goldenbumblebee.de stating your return reason and we will send you all the information you need to make a return.

What are your return policies?

The products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be in perfect condition and undamaged in their original condition, including the GBB box. We would like to ask you to handle the products responsibly and to return them to us carefully and considerately, even if you return them. If the goods are damaged when returned, we unfortunately cannot accept them and will have to send them back to you.

How long will it take for my money to appear in my bank account?

The refund will be made via the original payment method. Please understand that for credit card payments, depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the credit to appear in your account.

Do I have to bear the costs of returning the item?

Please understand that return shipping costs are currently your responsibility. We recommend using insured and tracked returns to ensure that items arrive safely.
